Plans and Prospects

The kennel is under reconstruction now: old partitions are destroyed (except three, which would be eliminated in 2003), the ground and surface for concrete covering is prepared, small wooden kennels for one-two dogs, kitchen and isolator are done. 90% percent of the dogs stay in temporary kennels till the moment when they would be replaced.

Position of the Collection, existing personnel, system of values and experience gives the possibility to carry out the whole massive of work in this area at the modern scientific and humanitarian level. Existing background and experience of cooperation between scientific and education centers must be endured.

Existence of the Collection and further scientific work needs additional financial support. It would give the possibility not only to keep up existing research projects, but to spread humanitarian and educational area. We mean the necessity to extend the whole complex of work with the students not only from Moscow University, but also from other Institutes from Moscow and other cities, increasing the amount of international seminars, creation of scientific and educational movies displaying the abilities of correct animals handling. It could be practical to organize the International Scientific Center of Correct Windhound Treatment.
